This is the privacy policy of Nexterday Solutions, and its associated company Nexterday Investment and Technologies (Pty) Ltd. This policy describes what information we collect, and how we process and use it.
What information we collect
When visitors leave comments on our site, we collect that data, together we the email address, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Any other personal information we collect likely is provided by users when they register on our website, request our services or request a meeting.
Cookies
When visitors use services we provide, which require registration, then when they log in, we will also set up several cookies to save their login information and screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If an user selects “Remember Me”, login data will persist for two weeks. If an user logs out, the login cookies will be removed.
If an user edits or publishes an article, an additional cookie will be saved in the web browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Who we share your data with
We do not share users data with any third party, unless required by law to do so.
However, Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
How long we retain your data
If an user leaves a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
